1st Class customer service from James. Delivery/packaging was excellent, so fragile items arrived in top condition. Very quick delivery(I think 2 days from order to receiving goods) Sent some questions and James answered immediately and out of hours to my questions (which i didn't expect), he went out of his way to help me which is very unusal these days. Can't rate highly enough. Shame can't rate higher than 5 stars but would give 6 if available. I will definitely be a returning customer and pleased to give my business to The Cabin Bait Boats

Shortly before heading to France, i had a defect with my Anatec Cat. The guys kidly stayed behind after closing, ensuring that my bait boat was fully functioning for the trip. I'd heard many compliments about the team and their service and I can now endorse this myself.I cannot that you guys enough for your help.Attached is a photo of one of the fish i had out on the trip.Thank you once again,Paul Martin
