Terrible service after faulty MacBook received. Sent back for repair, still broken and now can barely get response. Its been over a month now of complete frustration. Good luck if you need to speak to anyone from this company too. Very poor customer service
Not dispatched when they said. I asked for the order to be cancelled as it would not arrive on time and they sent is anyway. 6 days is not acceptable.

Customer service was not good over the weekend, and unfortunately my parcel was not shipped when it should have been.However, after a frustrating weekend, I did use their chat facility and then the laptop arrived as promised - shipped on Monday, arrived Tuesday at 10:00amI paid for a A Grade Macbook Air - look pretty new - but it does has a dent in the lid. I am not complaining as it seems to work fine.Overall I am satisfied but they should improve their customer service on a Saturday
