As a father living over 80 miles from his Son, I cannot express enough thanks to the team at New Street Motorcycles. I am not a biker a call from my son had me travel to him on very cold Sunday. His bike was recovered to this wonderful establishement and left outside. Since my first telephone conversation with them at about 9 O'clock Monday Morning to explain the materialisation of his bike outside their establishment, the communication, reassurance and comfortable feeling given by all the staff has been amazing, much welcomed photos were taken and everything that needed to be done was clearly and accurately described and detailed. If I could give this place 12 out of 10 I would. So I would just like to say thanks to all the team Lesley and Jo your phone calls with updates and the engineers and technicians that stripped and rebuilt my sons bike a huge big thank you. You all gave a worried Dad a huge relief and peace of mind with your proffesionalism.
